The "Full Deal" BBQ Class Our Pit Master will arrive with 2 Pits and at least 2 of each of the four Kansas City BBQ Category Meats: Pork Butt, St. Louis Style Spare Ribs, Brisket and Chicken. Plan on about 6-8 hours together for up to 6 people...there'll be enough food to feed about 30-40 Friends and Neighbors...we'll bring a few rolls and sides along to keep 'em happy!
Designed for that Serious BBQ Enthusiast, this course is taught at your location and includes EVERYTHING needed to learn to make GreatQ!
