It all begins with a no cost initial assessment of your personal dining preferences and needs, then we will work with you to develop a menu plan that is completely customized for you!  Whether you need a few meals a week or a complete weekly meal plan, we can do your shopping, come to your home and prepare meals that you can simply 'heat and eat'!  We'll package them in recyclable containers that you can heat in Conventional or Microwave ovens and even in re-usable containers if you prefer!

In addition to helping you save all the time and effort that it takes to shop for, prepare and clean up after meals at home, we can provide a whole range of additional assistance.  Having a party and need an extra set of hands?  Looking to have an event fully catered?  Holiday meal that you want to be done just right?  No matter what you need, we can help!
