Competition Season
'Butt' deep in BBQ so far this season...we had a great time at Blue Mountain Outfitters & Susquehanna Beer and Soda in Marysville! Looks like the next competition will be sometime late Fall or so...we'll keep you posted!

Another reason for the cold weather rant is to remind those who love GreatQ all year long like I do that it takes a bit more time to prepare your "Q" in the cooler temps. This really doesn't mean much for you, but it's an 'operational challenge' we face every year which in my mind makes this the PERFECT time to have some GreatQ...shhhh...don't tell all those summer folks...it's on the smoker LONGER in the winter!!! Now as with everything "Q", it's up for debate, but I think it's even Great-er Q in the 'cooler' months!
Economy's tough on all of us these days, so we've got a couple Promotions right now: Book your 2009 Event by November 30th and Lock-In 2007 Pricing! (That's a 5% discount...not to mention that you'll beat an inevitable price increase in 2009!) We have also lowered our Booking Fee to 20% to help out with tight budgets. Speaking of budgets, much of ours is being spent on building our capacity to serve you better. We've got lot's of Great News coming in 2009, so stay tuned!
