Whooooo Weeeeee!  We sure are proud to offer customers who are lookin' for an authentic Chuckwagon style meal the chance to git' one cooked up right at your location!

Yep, that's right...from the finest steaks cooked over charcoal to all the traditional 'Chuckwagon' and Cowboy sides prepared in Dutch Ovens and Cast Iron over hot coals...just like they did it back then!

We'll set the table, bring all the fixin's, cook the meal and clean up when it's all done!  You and your guests get to sit back, relax, ask questions and generally enjoy yourselves as we do the work with style!

Because of the need to maintain quality and the ability to interact with you and your guests, we have to limit our Chuckwagon Dinner's to groups of 40 or less...ideally suited for groups of 25 or less!

We are currently working on our full Chuckwagon menu, but will be happy to discuss your menu and interests with you to get you a written Estimate!
