We are tucked right between the upper reaches of the Yellow Breeches Creek and South Mountain in the beautiful Susquehanna Valley of South Central PA. Obviously our service area is limited by travel distance, but we're always happy to discuss options.
Want a 'Do-It-Yourself' Buffet Option, we've got it! Our 'Buffet-to-Go' package has get everything you need, including; Disposable Place Settings and Serving Utensils, Chafer Stands, Heating Gel, Hand Wipes, BBQ Sauce and Napkins all for just $75 plus the cost of your menu! Our Value Options menu provides a limited menu and options for clients on a tight budget.

All of our BBQ products are hand picked and locally sourced. We smoke them over wood smoke ata around 200 degrees until they're done! Our equipment is all State-Of-The-Art, but our techniques are as old as the hills behind us! Our results every time; 'Real Deal' BBQ for you and your guests! A treat to remember!
'BBQ Style' Catering
On-Site Pit Cooking
This is the whole deal! We'll come to your location a day before your event and set up the smokers. All meats will be cooked on site and served by our staff buffet style to your guests.
This is the ultimate low stress, true Q experience. You and your guests are treated not only to the freshest, straight off the pit Q, but you've got the sights and smells that make the experience truly authentic!
While it IS a great experience, there is a cost associated with taking smokers off the 'cooking' line and it requires that we have staff onsite up to 24 hours prior to your event. So, while not for every budget...it can add a great flavor and experience to your next event!
Complete On-Site Full Service
While we will never claim to be 'white tablecloth' caterers (although we do clean up pretty well!) we can provide a distinctive Buffet for your event! No matter what your needs, we can meet them and more. From a simple Buffet Style service to an elaborate feast with our Signature Appetizers, Hor D'oeuvres, Hand Picked and Cooked BBQ Specialties, Handmade Sides and Desserts all prepared specifically for your event.
For an additional touch of 'personality' you could add a Carving or Cooking Station which provides an interactive experience for your guests with a BBQ Chef!
"Buffet-To-Go" Package
On a budget? Need a simple solution? have a way to properly store any (unlikelky) leftovers? Well then our Buffet-to-Go package is for you! We bring Great "Q" and all you need to enjoy it right to you! We'll deliver everything you need including your food, utensils, paper products and table dressings. We'll help you get set up and provide disposable tray's, stands and heating gel. ADD this valuable option to ANY package for just $75! If you want it GREEN (biodegradable), just ask for a quote!

We bring the "Q" to you and then you take it from there! We're happy to provide information about the products and the smoking process for you and your guests if you like! All delivery items are in recyclable Aluminum Half Pans with storage and re-heating instructions on them!
