March 2013; Boiling Springs, PA:  OK, so the Groundhog didn't see his shadow and we are READY for SPRING around here!  Our smokers are clean and we've been working hard on making changes to help out all of our customers!  As the prices of EVERYTHING continue to rise, we have LOWERED OUR PRICES on many of our Catering Options to help make your investment in a TRUE 'Real Deal', Wood-Smoked BBQ Experience even more affordable!  Additionally, we have added our new 'BBQ Party Packages' that incorporate our most popular menu options into an easy and affordable way to get some GreatQ4U! on the table at your upcoming event!

We have been working hard here on the website during the 'off season' to make it more than a place for you to get information about our Catering Options and commitment to locally sourced, quality ingredients.  It is my hope that you'll find GreatQ4U.com to be a destination that you can come to for information about ALL things BBQ!  We have added an increased presence of all our Social Media outlets, including a Blog page with the most recent updates from the GQ4U! Blog, a 'Live Twitter Feed' from our own Twitter page and those of the many Chef's and BBQ providers that we follow and we're working on making it even better!  We have a site-map so you can easily navigate through the ongoing changes and a Guest Book that we would LOVE to have our guests from all over the world sign in on to let us knnow where you're at and what GreatQ4U! means to you!

While I can't promise that we will be able to maintain our new lower prices throughout this year, I CAN promise that our commitment to providing QUALITY products and service will remain unchanged!  We have always been strong believers in sourcing all of our meats and produce locally and our commitment to that remains unchanged, but we are also fortunate enough to have access to the 'best of the best' in the BBQ and Charcuterie worlds and you'll see evidence of this soon!  We are working closely with folks like the fine people at S. Wallace Edwards in Surry, Virginia to bring in new products that will make our special product offerings even better!  Edward's Virginia hams can trace their origins all the way back to the Jamestown Settlement in the 1600's and they KNOW how to do it RIGHT!  Look for the addition of some GREAT options from them and other quality producers that have our same commitment to excellence in the months ahead!
