Prior to his life as a Full Time 'BBQ Guy', he spent over 25 years in Public Service as a Career Paramedic and Board certified Procurement Transplant Coordinator. This unique background combined with much reading, education and experience in the Art of BBQ provides a unique opportunity for a number of inspiring presentations. We've got full multimedia capabilities and can include live cooking or BBQ Preparation Demonstrations as your venue permits.
We are also more than capable of putting our experiences in learning "Q", building a catering business and successfully implementing a Sales and Marketing program while maintaining high caliber BBQ to work for you.
