My goal is to deliver THAT experience for you. We offer a number of on and off-site catering options from bagged lunches to corporate retreats. Our philosophy is to do it well and keep it simple.

Were a bit stubborn here 'cause we believe in the tradition of slow smoking over hickory, apple and every now and then some other woods...but the end result is always GREAT BBQ!
No matter what we normally cook or how we cook it...if you've got a special request, we'll do our darndest to accommodate it!
Don't like hickory? No sweat! Want elk and not pig? OK! Have some favorite childhood memory you want us to try and replicate...hey we're not magicians...but we'll talk to you about it and give it a try!
