We are a purveyor of high quality, locally sourced, traditionally prepared, Wood Smoked, BBQ Meats and sides! We keep it simple, use the best hand picked, meats from local sources or the BEST producers & then use our rubs, mops and sauces to slowly create INCREDIBLE BBQ!!! It is our passion and our commitment each and every time! We cook 'to order' for each and every event preparing your entire meal by hand and timing the meats to come off the smokers, rest for the appropriate amount of time and then come straight to you!

While we understand that you need to be able to compare us with other caterers when making a choice about who to choose for your event, we want you to make sure that you are comparing 'Bacon to Bacon' so-to-speak! If you're on a BUDGET...check out our new BBQ Party Packages to get a great deal on some Great BBQ menus that include our most popular choices with special prices and the same quality BBQ Food and Service!
All of our products are selected and prepared by hand specifically for you and your guests! We source everything locally and prepare all of our BBQ Meats so that they come straight off the smoker and right to your event! Our attention to quality and detail and NOT to grinding out as many events as we can makes our cost a bit more.
Additionally, we don't purchase on a 'Contract' from a company that delivers our raw product in a Tractor Trailer...we hand select every cut that hits our smoke! We buy from Farmer's and Markets whenever we can and we support the concept of putting as few miles between you and where your food comes from!
We've got a brochure with suggested menus and pricing here on the site and are always happy to provide a written Estimate so that you have your total costs in writing!
