Fresh meat and produce from local suppliers are our starting point, from there we add just the right amount of Hoover's Rubs and Sauces to make it even more special.  BUT...as any true "Q" enthusiast knows...it's all about time, temperature and the perfect smoke! 

We use Traeger Grills to deliver consistently GREAT results every time!  Our fleet of Traegers can provide consistent Temperatures and Smoke each and every time which allows us to Guarantee that your "Q" will be just right!

Whether you have a group of 15 or 500...we've got the capacity to meet your needs and the commitment to make it GREAT.  We love to "Q" and you can taste it in everything we do!
